Hand Forged Pewter Wealden Door Knocker

Wealden door knocker created using traditional blacksmithing techniques and is full of charm and character. The knocker hangs suspended from a diamond shaped retaining plate coming to rest on a round strike plate which prevents damage to the door when the resounding knock summons the occupant. The rustic old fashioned styling is more suitable for period properties. To create this unique finish, it is electro plated and then stove lacquered making it extremely durable both internally and externally. If a natural metal look with a virtually maintenance free finish is required, then this pewter effect is the logical choice. Comes with a 10 year mechanical guarantee. Please note this is not suitable for coastal locations.
